Who is responsible

What we collect

Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), message and the page language. The form sends them to us by email. The website itself does not store them.

Email. What you write to us, and your address.

Abuse protection. To limit the form to 5 messages per hour per connection, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address combined with the date, and the time of each message sent. It is deleted the next time the form is used after 24 hours.

Server logs. Our host, Infomaniak, records technical access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser) to run and protect the service.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The site loads nothing from other websites.

Why

To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal.

Who receives it

Only SATECH, and Infomaniak Network SA as our host and email provider (Switzerland). The European Commission recognises Switzerland as providing adequate data protection.

How long

Messages are kept as long as we need them to answer and follow up, and as long as the law requires for business correspondence.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form: write to admin@satech.lu.

You can also complain to the Luxembourg data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), cnpd.public.lu.
